Kandinsky style paintings

7th and 8th grade students placed emphasis on contrasting colors and overlapping shapes to create a painting in the style of Russian painter Wassily Kadinsky. He is well known for his abstract art. His most famous painting titled "Squares with Concentric Circles" was used as inspiration for the student's paintings.
